Secondly, it should be a full time job not just another title for an elected, active member of Congress.

Texas. He had hired 20 people over a year ago to get the ground game going in Texas. This Tx Gop chairman said Texas never would have had the turnout it had if it wasn't for Reince.

Got that Debbie? The Dem turnout in Texas sucked! YES there was voter suppression tactics going on but there was also NO ground game.

Resign!

accomplished her goals of keeping progressives out. The Powers That Be prefer Republicans but settle for Conservative Democrats. Her goal was to get Conservative DEmocrats past the primaries. Replacing her won't solve our problem because the Powers That Be will just replace her with another just like her. Obama needed Howard Dean to help get the support of the Left in 2008. Once elected, Obama was finished with the Left and Dean had to go.

they bully good candidates out of the ring if they havent raised enough to fund their whole campaign. but, but, arent THEY supposed to be doing fundraising?
seen a few good candidates lose when a little support would have tipped the balance.

I see the good ones starved of money, which is the bathwater they all need. I think this is why we continue to see unopposed elections like Tim Murphy of 18th congressional district of PA…. the money didn't go towards the good candidates when they DID enter the race.

Why? It's because some brain trust of the 3rd way figures they can't win. Why?

Along with Bill Nelson to be the chairperson of the Florida Democratic Party. Allison Tant was one of three lobbyists for the DBT Online company, which helped Katherine Harris in 2000 to purge the voting rolls of 57,000 voters that helped Bush to win the election. If that's not enough, Allison Tant's husband was the lead attorney for Bush in Bush v Gore.
