Dean energized people who rallied behind truth. Republicans and their highly paid ad firms deluged states in play with lies.
They played a dirty and unDemocratic game.

if you motivate people to vote for you, they will vote for you. Even if, as the Republicans demonstrate, voting for you meansvoting agaisnt themselves

Democrats dropped the ball big time. Obama has a huge list of accomplishments and they didn't even want to admit that they VOTED for him.

The name of the game is to vote, no matter how you go about it. And they did. And they won. Just like we did in 2008.

But if you frame this war as between the Conservatives and the Non-Conservatives then you are wrong.

Howard Dean helped Obama win the Left vote and win in 2008. Then Obama was thru with the Left as Rahmbo made crystal clear. Obama, Rahmbo, Penny Pritzker, and the rest of Obama's nominations are all Conservatives. They don't want Dean and his damn Left. Ms. Wasserman Schultz did what was expected of her. She worked to elect Conservative Democrats at the expense of Non-Conservative Democrats. If Ms. Wasserman Schultz is replaced it won't be with someone like Dean, it will be by someone like Ms. Wasserman Schultz.
