I don't think I can stomach 4 more years of LeRAge
I lost power in Sunday's storm. By Tuesday morning I had spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor in front of my little backup heater, shivering between my 2 dogs. I hadn't showered in 3 days. After I fed everybody Tuesday am, I took one hour to scoop up 4 bucketsful of snow, packed the snow into ziplock bags to layer into my freezers, filled multiple bowls of snow to pack around my halfnhalf and milk in the fridge.
And then bundled up into an extra layer of sweats and headed to town hall to vote a straight line dem ticket except one spot that was a thug against an indie, so I voted for the indie.
Turnout was low, which was *good* news in this very red armpit of the midcoast area.
Thank dog Chellie Pingree swept her race. And the indie beat the thug.
But I really can't stomach the thought of that teaparty idiot's ignorant, stupid mouth blabbering on for 4 more years.
He's not just an embarassment. He's cost our state hundreds of millions in energy grants and medicaid. fuck it. fuck it. fuck it.
