Republican tells C-Span's Washington Journal "the Republicans hate that ni--er Obama" after saying that Republicans "please do not overreach" (a bit counterintuitive?). Watch:
C-SPAN Caller On Air: 'Republicans Hate That N***er Obama'
"I would just like to say, that the Republicans -- and I'm a Republican -- please do not overreach," the caller began. "I know they're going to overreach but I'm telling you, if you advocate for the repeal of Obamacare and you get too extreme, then Hillary Clinton will be elected President in 2016."
"This is about race," he added. "The Republicans hate that nigger Obama."
Host Steve Scully quickly cut off the caller after he dropped the racial slur.
"Okay, I'm gonna stop you there," Scully said. "We're not gonna use that kind of language."

(6,457 posts)I am looking forward to seeing how the Republicans can manage without blaming Obama. The ball is in their court now. There will be infighting with the Tea Party crowd, they want blood but I think Mitch McConnell may prove to be more moderate. He always wanted to be Senate Majority leader so he will have a legacy to leave behind. He will be mindful of that.

(10,650 posts)What you will see is how the republicans CONTINUE blaming Obama. And you and the rest of us will be dismayed how successfully they accomplish it.
As for McConnell, you can't be serious? He'll be as far right as he has to be. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MODERATE REPUBLICAN.
