are drawn. Sucks, but the structural makeup of the country is against us. Tom Delay was definitely an evil genius when it came designing that system.

the democratic party to win state houses to get new districts drawn that would help out our candidates.
I would prefer that an unbiased committee draw the lines (like what is going to happen in NYS now that the voters have approved of a new ballot measure)
