Incredible wackos running around ... WTF is wrong with this guy! I think this guy has opened himself up for a massive lawsuit by Starbucks. I don't have a link, but there is some prescient for legal action against one making outrageous and false claims against an enterprise attempting to damage a business with willful intent.

Now, Manning has released another video in which the religious leader claims that Starbucks has been using the "sodomites' semen" in their flavored coffee drinks. He states in the video:
Starbucks is a place where these types frequent and a lot of body fluids are exchanged there. But the thing that I was not aware of is that there has been information that has been released what Starbucks was doing, is they were taking specimens of male semen, and they were putting it in the blends of their lattes. Now, this is the absolute truth."

(45,251 posts)I can do without Starbuck's names for its concoctions, cup sizes, etc.
I usually ask for the smallest size and the person waiting on me will invariably respond, "Grande?" I give him or her the fish eye and repeat, "the smallest size." How silly/confusing is it to name your smallest size, "grande?"

(845 posts)Where does he think they are storing all this semen? I can tell you for a fact that I keep a half gallon jug in the fridge and it goes sour in 4 days. The volume they would have to keep on hand? Ha. What a buffoon.

(67,111 posts)being at fault is libel I would think.
This outrageousness of his I think is spreading quickly on the internet and I imagine Starbucks is probably already of aware of it and they are watching. PR and Legal departments get pretty upset about libel implications of unfounded accusations against a company.
There was a case of this not too long ago (sorry, don't have the link right now) about someone trying to defame a networking company or something about a router I believe and action was taken. That was over some computer hardware, but it pales in comparison to these accusations. And, this has very wide public visibility, whereas the other was more narrow in scope, I think, to some computer hardware and supposedly false claims made to derail that companies revenue.
I'm not an attorney, but to me at least this seems libel. Possibly they have sent a 'cease and desist order' or something like that to him. If that was done and then ignored, I think it has very serious implications against this guy and his god is going to be of no help to him.
