Bullied 16 Year Old Too Drunk To Pull Trigger

Would-be Maryland school shooter who was too drunk to kill also plotted to shoot parents: cops

Sash Alexander Nemphos, 16, was arrested after police learned that he brought a gun to school but was too drunk to pull the trigger. The sophomore told investigators he planned to kill his parents before attacking the campus. He said he crafted the plan after enduring years of torment from school bullies.

but I wonder how much the years of bullying he had to endure was a factor in this whole mess. Did he just make this up or was he tormented so much that he snapped. Sad either way.
