However, if billion(s) dollar settlements is the best we can do, I say do it! Far better than doing nothing! Billionaires can lawyer up until the Rapture! Not that I have to tell you any of this.
I find it funny that people are complaining now - where were these same people when Microsoft was re-writing anti-trust laws in the 80s?
