Yesterday on his radio show, Michael Savage diagnosed President Obama with megalomania and said Congress must act quickly to remove him from office before he becomes a dictator and seizes “absolute power.” “Should he be impeached? Yes. The question is, on what grounds?” Savage asked, before hawking his book “Stop the Coming Civil War.” “This book, these 300 pages and 35 pages of references, is the document that must be used by John Boehner to seek impeachment of the president before it’s too late.”

They impeached Clinton, by 1 vote. But the Senate didn't convict. Impeachment doesn't mean they are removed from office unless they are convicted by a 2/3 vote of the Senate.
