Was Thinking of Setting Up a Voting Based Neutral Political Site

To register, it would involve a verification process of cell phone and age.

Accounts would be indicated by 2 Alphabetical combinations + 4 digits of a cell phone number + initials.

My reason for it is to basically to find a control comparison to the actual voting, and what people actually think.
Also, it will only record on an account that a vote has been cast, not what they voted for, so it doesn't save a person's positions, to try to make it as anonymous as possible.

I am also curious how different it would be to the actual election.

Candidates would only have one link to their campaign page each name.
Voting initiatives would have explanations.

I am probably not going to do this. In fact, yeah, I don't have time for it.
So, is there anything of that sort? If not, may I ask to be included in the building of such a site?
Unless it is already being done.
