Is ABC trying to out racist FOX in the Twin Cities?

Looks like these two citizens, one a volunteer from Neighborhoods Organizing for Change, another a guy trying to turn his life around, are out with the Mayor and Police Chief, and an ABC reporter sends racist tweets to viewers. Needs to be fired, along with the station manager.
