Conservatives in defending slavery are like Children
I am reading The half has never been told, Slavery and the Making of American Capitalism, eye opening book
A I am reading the horrors of Slavery, I'm reminded of the argument these racist make and its always the same "well other countries had slavery too", isn't that the same argument we as children used when we got in trouble and said so and so did the same thing. They are sick people and now there are a few "prominent Black politicians" Wanna be President Ben Carson, Snake Oil Rice, the appointed reelected Senator from SC and the new congress woman from Utah are in bed with people who justify American-slavery with the argument are parents would not buy from us.
"As an example, I note our slavery history, Mazanec wrote. Yes, we practiced slavery. But we also ended it voluntarily, at great sacrifice, while the practice continues in many countries still today! Shouldnt our students be provided that viewpoint? This is part of the argument that America is exceptional. Does our APUSH Framework support or denigrate that position? http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/10/conservative-co-school-board-member-ap-history-is-wrong-us-ended-slavery-voluntarily/
According to WSET-TV Channel 13, Ed Clark of Pittsylvania, Virginia is a Second Lieutenant Commander of the Pittsylvania County Sons of Confederate Veterans and he believes that if activists are offended by emblems of slavery, then they should blame their own ancestors, who sold you into slavery. Yes they did.
