Scrimmage lines and arm locking as a style of protest is too old school (18th century) and ineffective as a battle method. Guerrilla tactics with smaller sub group projects puts them strategically in an offensive position instead of defensive.

(2,978 posts)Eg, show up at a yacht race with the message that one yacht costs the same as 10,000 dental check-ups for uninsured children. Shame them into explaining themselves. Stream the video all over the f-ing world.
There are several billionaires on the side of OWS who could provide just-in-time inside info into events for the uber-wealthy that are about to take place.
They'll have to vacation on privately owned islands if such protests keep up.
It continues to shift the debate and put them on the defensive. Nothing criminal or physically intimidating in any way of course.
