NYC Man won't face charges for slapping a young woman who bullied him on the train

The man in the 8-ball jacket seen slapping a belligerent woman on the F train in an online video that went viral had all charges against him dropped Monday afternoon after authorities determined he was acting in self-defense, his lawyer told The Post.

Jorge Pena spent four nights in jail after the brawl, which was widely viewed after footage was posted to YouTube, before making his $1,000 bail early Tuesday.

A law enforcement source confirmed that all the charges against Pena were dismissed.

Pena’s lawyer, Cary London, said he thinks the charges were thrown out because the woman in the video appeared to be the aggressor.

Good. It's obvious that he was defending himself, and listening to his voice, it also sounds like Pena has a cognitive delay.

What kind of filth must you be to abuse someone with a developmental disorder? Not very bright either, that guy was a giant.

the wrong person to attack--and so did her friend who tried to jump him after he hit her back.

Both she and her friend deserved what they got.

And then he has two or three of her friends, male and female, he has to fend off. Glad his charges got dismissed, sucks that it took him four days to get out of jail though.

At one point a bystander says "why are you yelling at hom?" and she outright says "because he sounds stupid, yo!" and carries on with her insane tirade.

Jorge was the one that asked 'Why'd you do that?' after Danay smacked the phone the first time.
Jorge said 'I don't talk, why'd you get mad?'
Danay says 'You sound stupid' because of the way he talks.
Jorge says 'Dirty b****' and she responds by hitting him with her shoes.

I've lived in NYC for about six years now and the only two times I've thought I might have to physically fight it was with women.

And yeah, if a female attacks me, I'm going to fight back with everything I have. If that makes me a woman-beater or bad person or whatever, so be it. Crazy girl at the bat last month randomly smashed another girl in the face with a glass, the victim's boyfriend straight punched her unconscious...and the NYPD proceeded to bundle her into the ambulance in handcuffs. I call that a reasonable outcome.
