The Lawsuit

You all know which one...the newest one.

They finally found an attorney to do it.

When does it start? Will the trial be televised? Can a lawsuit against the President be private?

I think Paula Jones' lawsuit against Clinton was public, but not televised. I don't remember the verdict in that case.

Not sure of what this one is about - the President didn't make somebody pay something like the AFA required?

Anybody know?

lawsuit, to try to unite the crazies.

I hope that this gets thrown back in their faces by huge losses in 2016.

4. Here's their claim...

Nov 2014

"Specifically, the suit challenges the Health and Human Services Department and the Treasury Department on two key areas of the health law's implementation. It challenges the administration for delaying implementation of the employer mandate, a rule that was supposed to kick in this year. It also challenges the roughly $175 billion in funding the administration has given to insurance companies to subsidize coverage for Obamacare enrollees."

The absolute ridiculousness of this claim:

"It challenges the administration for delaying implementation of the employer mandate, a rule that was supposed to kick in this year."

It was the repubs who demanded the delay, saying it was essential to give employers more time.

Now I remember. The employers were not quite ready for the law so Obama gave them more time to adjust...

The subsidies are hard to get unless you were really on the lowest end of the wage requirements and could not afford any premium....

I guess they're supposed to shut up and die and stop causing trouble.

I thought he was a reliable liberal Dem. Why would he take on this suit?

he testified in favor of impeaching Clinton, for example. Although socially liberal on some issues, he's more libertarian than anything else.
