If not then we are all in deep trouble. An indictment would send a strong message that brutality will not be tolerated any longer. It must happen.

I actually think there is a chance of a manslaughter indictment. Seems enough evidence to me. A murder indictment seems less likely but then I wasn't going over all the evidence - so you never know.
