As CBS2s Ilana Gold reported, when it comes to NYPD arrests, many teens feel afraid and dont know what to expect.

on the National level, has put out a call to facilitate these types of programming. My local Chapter is sponsoring a series of seminars.
I think it can/will be prophylactic.
