He drove up to a kid and grabbed him by the throat for walking in the middle of the street. Then murdered him when he tried to defend him self then run away from the attack.

It's insane to say this murder was justified. The fix was in from the start.

disagrees and that is the end of the story at the local level.

I worked in Biometrics in the Army, forensics data is supremely important, without it, you have no case quite often

The forensic data doesn't show what every witness agrees on. That he grabbed that kid by the neck because he dared to walk in the street. Then Wilson had a hissy fit when he slammed open the door and it bounced back on him because it hit him.

I'm disgusted by anyone who thinks forensics alone tells this story. The kill shot was over 20 feet away in the top of the head. Don't give me BS about the forensics.

If so, then the grand jurors obviously got it wrong. And the DA was lying through his teeth.

So yes, all the available evidence shows this is bullshit. AND the fact that they have already said they will not release the grand jury transcripts proves they have lots to hide.

Compare the forensics to the story told by the kid walking with Mike Brown. The forensics supports that version, too, except that particular witness gave his statement on the spot, not waiting for the evidence to come in.

Having the Prosecutor in his back pocket guaranteed Wilson that he would never be charged or convicted. Justice cannot survive in a country that is becoming militarized police state. The Founding Fathers are rolling over in their graves.

Not only are so many of the Ferguson P.D. absolutely corrupt, it seems that the prosecutor is also incompetent, or worse, and that the jury has either been bought out, or are fucking morons, or both.

It honestly sometimes feels like we're living in some half-baked dark comedy show, you know?

I figured they'd at least have enough to put him on trial for manslaughter at the very least.

It's appalling to me they didn't at least try him. Even Zimmerman had to go through the trial.
