Now what?

If anything, the Ferguson case tonight has showcased one thing: no amount of faith or hope will change something that is fundamentally flawed. In this case, it is the police and judicial system that has once again failed in its duty to ensure justice for all Americans, choosing instead to ally itself with those who control it and are free to manipulate it to their will.

But for the protesters, indeed, anyone with even the smallest smidgen of justice, this sorry truth is no consolation. It is a cancer that must somehow be eliminated. But how? It is this question that kills me.
