...if there was conflicting evidence or scientific evidence or autopsies....the fact remains that at boy with a fistful of stolen cigars was chased down shot multiple times and killed...period.

Any one of us can think of at least half a dozen mass murders who were armed and dangerous and still apprehended ALIVE.
