Reminds me of rape trials when sadly the victim is tried. And with the media being so complicit seems to happen more and more. More exciting to make hay over Browns shoplifting than to drive home the technical facts of the murder itself.

To face trial is to question the authority of the state.

And it sure sounded like a P.R. script being read. Going to be interesting on how this all plays out. Going to be kinda nasty and we will see the true values of St.Louis.

And it's clear the prosecutor presented the evidence as if it were a trial. He presented all the exculpatory evidence excusing Officer Wilson to the grand jury, which is never done. He delivered what sounded like a closing argument at trial, as if he wanted the public to render a guilty verdict against Michael Brown. Piece of shit who thinks Americans are too stupid to know the law. There isn't a graduate of law school anywhere in America who can't see through this fucker.

your sources.

To hear a DA spout that shit was intolerable - his job was to get an indictment ( ham sandwich) then let the chips fall where they may for the trial. Instead he denigrated (cough-cough) "some ie Black" witness testimony versus others. His job was NOT to present a both-sides have a story set of evidence. He needs to be fired or otherwise removed from office.
