because he has shown exactly that he never acted in good faith.
And perhaps that provides opportunity for another jurisdiction/personnel to get this case.

The actions of Darren Wilson were under consideration. How far was Michael Brown who while charging Darren Brown seemed to get farther away from Darren Wilson? All they needed was probable cause, considering validity of testimony drawing conclusions is the job of a jury. What a miscarriage of justice.
