does not expect us to believe that an unarmed 18-year old African American kid who has just been shot in the hand by a cop, has fled 143ft down the road, is shot 3-4 more times, then somehow decides to charge directly at the cop, only to be shot in the forehead and top of the head.

I heard a lot of rationale stitched together in the press conference, but the entire framework of what took place defies common sense.
Scared people who have been harmed run away, not toward a threat.
WTF?!?

2. You missed Four keys facts ( actually unproven allegations )

1. He stole some cigarillos and pushed the owner away during his escape ( Both COWB - Capital Offenses Whilst Black)
2. He Gave the Officer a "sad " by ignoring his order to get on the sidewalk then giving him a red mark on his face. ( Again , both COWB)

So , we have 4 COWB committed ( admittedly without proof in a court of law , but Hey - 4 is a big number)
