1. Nothing new about this. It's been going on for decades.

The militarization of police in the U.S. has been occurring for a long time. That's why, for instance, many people are worried about reports of federal departments buying military equipment and vast quantities of ammo in recent years.

5. More and more their weapons against the masses become more and more sophisticated, more

powerful and more encompassing. Those feeling they are the perfect guppies will one day realize they are on the list too. Oppression knows no limits and we have more and more of the boiling frog syndrome. When you have a society with more and more police militarization, one really no longer has a society for the majority, but rather the minority, the oligarchs with control enforced by a police state. It is sad to see what the US is morphing into. The tensions in this country are growing by the day.

They have been well armed and financed by enemies of true freedom. 8. Much as what they did with OWS. As you say, any violating the status quo will

eventually feel their wraith. It's not about "them," it's about "all of us" as we continue to morph into an authoritative state with growing police action to maintain that status quo.

Too many Americans still have that childhood view that this democracy is working for all of us. As the oligarchs and sociopaths gain more and more control that democracy is fading. Just the fact that something like "Citizens United" was endorsed by the highest court of the land is stunning for a supposed democracy.
