12. Does Not Look Injured to Me

I may be missing something, or I may just be wrong, but he does not look injured to me. A few days ago the reporters at CNN were saying he went to the hospital two hours after the supposed altercation. I would expect more damage to his face if he had actually been in an altercation two hours before. Two hours would be long enough for the wounds and marks to begin to appear.

But it's irrelevant in toto unless Wilson was in fear of his life after the wounded, unarmed Brown ran away. Even if he had a broken eye socket, it doesn't justify gunning a man down purely out of anger.
