The historical pattern of police abuse continues. See it here.

For anyone that is interested, I did a personal research project that sums up the pattern:

1). An unarmed minority person is killed by police.
2). No charges filed against the officers involved.
3). State pays large sum to family in unlawful death suit, usually out of court.

This is our history. The St. Louis DA says we should change the pattern, yet his actions followed the playbook to the letter.

There should be no question that distrust has been exponentially increased.
