Two questions about the "evidence" presented to Grand Jury

Does the document dump address these two questions that immediately jump to my mind:

1) How did Wilson get punched on the RIGHT side of his face? Seriously, I really want someone to explain to me how Brown was able to punch Wilson on the right side of his face.

2) What was the trajectory of the stray bullet that was found in that woman's home? Was this possibly the shot that people saw that led them to believe Brown was shot in the back?

McCulloch put a lot of emphasis on the eyewitness credibility, even going so far as to say that the witnesses whose eyewitness accounts countered the evidence probably believe what they saw to be true.

Which brings me to the eyewitness whose statement was that Brown was charging Wilson. Whose to say that Brown wasn't just stumbling towards Wilson but the witness believed wholeheartedly that Brown was charging? This is what trial juries are for, not grand juries.

If there were a trial jury, a true prosecutor would ask that question.

I'll obviously need to read that data dump for myself but these are the things that stood out for me from the presser.
