No that Obama in fact fired Hagel. ... could the WH officials do the same to Kerry?

Just wondering. Because its rumored that Kerry is vively criticized in the WH inner circle of aides for getting sometimes of the script and " work alone". And todays press says they might think Kerry is "waiting his time negociating " w Iran...
So seriously do you think they could show also exit direction go him ?
Obviously I hope no.
Otherwise it would another not only political mistake.... but a true unfair behaviour. ...just like what they did to Sec. Hagel.

It's up to them to make sure the President is pleased and, if they can't or won't, to step down.

What I thought was unfair about Hagel was not the firing: the "leak" that he was not up to the job seemed to me to be gratuitous. However, on reflection, there may have been a reason for that, too. I thought both Obama and Biden looked pretty grim while Hagel was announcing his resignation. So, who knows?
