Heard on Democracy Now this morning that the Nat'l Guard & Fire Dept were in White Ferguson

but not where they were needed.

Amy Goodman reported from Ferguson and said she was surprised that she could drive right onto Florissant.

I was watching last nite and wondering where the firefighters were & why those buildings and cars were allowed to burn.

Also very concerning the time the verdict was read.

as if they arranged ahead of time not to put out the fires of the buildings kind of like well if you're going to burn your own stuff we will just let it burn to the ground and show you

fired in the area--they left-with the stores on fire-even leaving all their big hoses behind--stretched out on the roads. Saw this on msnbc last night. They did come back but by then most buildings had burned.

Actually, can't really say I blame them.
