And Wilson was and remains an authoritarian asshole.
A good peace officer would have engaged a jaywalker in a respectful manner and we wouldn't be here talking about it.

Other witnesses say just the opposite all the more reason for an indictment and for the truth to be sorted out in a trial.

(233 posts)to have that neat easy to read script. No matter what time of day or how stressed or rushed I was, to be able to jot down my thoughts in such a clear and readable style. Never varying, perfect penmanship. Oh and to always have the same pen with which to write, amazing how I can't seem to find mine when I need it and have to use a pencil (or a crayon) sometimes.

When you have conflicting testimony, and facts that could be explained in multiple ways, you send it to trial.
