Is there any recourse regarding the Grand Jury's failure to return a true bill?

The more that comes out about the prosecutor's conduct in the grand jury the more it appears it was tilted to give the outcome he wanted. This may easier to determine because he released essentially everything he presented.

A prosecutor, not the prosecutor, by the way, can still bring it to trial.

I would hope the prosecutor be investigated and removed and a new prosecutor installed to bring this travesty to trial.
