Officer Wilson made no statements and filed

no reports until all of the physical evidence was in and it seems he is about the only one who's story didn't change.

So, if I witness a cop doing a crime I will now tell the them I will make no statement until I am in court and giving sworn testimony. Also telling them I had a clear view and saw everything. They will have no way to prepare for me and that statement will have them shaking in their boots until the trial.

execution by police death squad. Figure you're indulging in rhetorical excess here but, just in case, Ferguson demonstrates what happens when the people 'lip off' to cops. People die.

request your lawyer present to answer any questions. Then I'll tell them the above.

'right to an attorney' stuff only goes so far and, when the social contract starts to fray, it's one of the first things to go, I'd wager.

omission was for the exact reasons you mentioned -- Wilson and his cronies can fill in the blanks as would be useful or necessary.

The lack of a police report was the first clue that this was going to go sideways.

started in immediately on this case, so the "interview" sounds contradictory and self-serving considering they could have just filed a police report.

edit: the police already had Wilson's physical exams to begin this "interview", as Wilson was taken in right away for examination.

I have no problem with you using it, or Wilson using it.
