How many here would open fire on someone with their hands up?

Don't be afraid to admit you would look an 18 year old kid in the eye with his hands up saying "Okay, Okay" and just blow his brains out. There is nothing wrong with doing this, the Grand Jury has spoken.

video tape and testimony of the contemporaneous acting out of what eye witnesses are observing/had observed, is highly unreliable; whereas, the unconfronted (per unrelated prosecutors that have reviewed the GJ transcripts) testimony of a defendant, 2 months after the fact, is to be considered sacrosanct.

Most of us would try other methods of avoiding a dangerous confrontation first and fire after all other options were exhausted. That is most of us and how the real world works most the time. Unless you are a cop that thinks black people are dangerous for being black. Then it's shoot first blame the victim later.
