Ferguson, Missouri Mayor James Knowles spoke Tuesday on the state of the city following Monday's grand jury decision not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown. Knowles, alongside community leaders, clergy representatives and business owners, addressed the protests in the street, the arrival of National Guard troops and Officer Wilson's status.
