Can anyone help me out here...

I'm trying to understand.

12 shots were fired

2 in the car
6 bullets hit Michael Brown

That leave 4 bullets.

How the fuck can that prosecuting DA dumbass, let's use a grand jury to shirk my responsibilities, because I myself (the DA) am a racist fuck, say that witnesses were lying when they said shots were fired at Michael Brown's back while he was running away.

What "physical" evidence proves that no shots were fired at the back of Michael Brown, when very possibly they were and just missed?????? Leaving people to think he had been shot in the back. Because duh, they saw him running away and saw Wilson firing.... Trying to make it seem like witnesses were lying was just below the bottom of the barrel for that racist, irresponsible jackass of a DA.

This is just one thing that has been ruminating in my mind since I watched that asshole prattle on last night.

they died so the person from the coroners office went home instead of getting a charged battery. So no images of the body means no real way of knowing much... unless... you know this was to go to court? But no way that might answer all these unanswered questions that a grand jury thought didn't warrant further investigation.... this nuts!

some changed the descriptions of what they saw, and there were 3 autopsies. It is foolish to use foul language, and impossible for those of us who have not seen and heard the evidence, that is, MOST of us, to take such negative attitudes about how the matter was decided by the grand jury.

mine is: this whole thing stinks from start to finish. the ME didn't have batteries in the camera to take pictures. wilson never filed a report. and the prosecutor acted like a defense attorney. given ALL of that, and more, i cannot blame the GJ for reaching the conclusion their justice system wanted them to reach.

something that could be sloughed off with "the batteries were dead". Also there should be extra batteries on hand because batteries have a tendency to "go dead".
I know I ALWAYS have extra batteries and my photos are crucial to anything.
