Prosecutors did not ask ANY questions of Wilson when he was

on the stand during the Grand Jury hearing. Wilson was allowed to just get up their and say whatever he wanted with no challenge.

This is what Attorney Lisa Bloom is saying on Politics Nation. She is reading through the GJ transcripts.

that fit Wilson's narrative.

So of course, the Grand Jury would have choice but to come back with the decision they did.

No one knows how strong the members of the GJ Panel were on the vote. They needed 9 to indict. If all 12 voted to not indict that is one thing. If you had 8 vote to indict and 4 not, that is another thing. We also don't know the actual background of the panel in terms of educational background and so on. We don't know how many of them were independent thinkers and how many could be swayed under pressure. The more members of the jury that would have voted to indict would lessen the position of the Prosecutor that there was no basis for which the GJ to indict Wilson. If there was actually a number of grand jurors who would have voted to indict you might be able to make a case to get a new Grand Jury (and Special Prosecutor) and start the process again.

I hope that someone from the GJ panel will have the guts to speak out and let us now how things went down.

There was no prosecutor. The DA dumped the witnesses and the evidence out on the table, and then presented no case.

And the only narrative that the GJ heard, to explain the evidence, was the one Wilson provided, totally unchallenged.

The GJ would have had to come up with their own overarching theory to explain the events that took place.

It's a real eye opener.

For those that think justice was served, all I can say is, good luck when it is your turn.

I'm not sure who Lisa Bloom is but the transcript is here:
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/11/25/us/darren-wilson-testimony-ferguson-shooting.html

There are very few pages that do NOT have questions. He does have a few long answers.

His testimony starts on p.196 with assistant DA Whirly asking the questions. That ends on p252. ADA Alizadeh jumps in a few times during that part.

On p.252, the ADA asks if any of the grand jurors have questions, and one grand juror asked questions through p254.

On p 254, ADA Alizadeh asks questions through p266.

On p266, grand jurors ask questions again through p271.

On p271 through about p276 the ADAs ask more questions.

On p276 through p279, grand juror asks questions.

ADAs finish up with him about p281.
