I think that too many people (including white cops) would so much like to shoot Obama but know they could never get a chance, take it out on the nearest handy black.
I'll predict: if HRC wins the 2016 election, watch and see how all of a sudden white women will start being shot.
This world (especially USA) is just getting to be a very sick mess.

There isn't exactly an epidemic of white cops shooting black people, especially compared with how many African Americans are shot by other African Americans.

What there is, is an epidemic of is too many police treating minorities and their communities with contempt. Sadly, even minorities on the police forces are not trusted by fellow minorities. The best comparison I can think of is how Israeli police/military treat Palestinians at checkpoints (and I am not taking sides in that conflict here, just trying to find a comparison people of all races might be able to understand).

But that is common across all races since statistically most of their associates are of the same race, whether it be family, friends, enemies, etc. Most people are killed by someone they know, that's regardless of race.

The primary killer is poverty and a lack of opportunity and education.

It said the decline is a bit slower for African Americans, but its still a decline. I looked up the 2013 levels and they are about where 2010 levels are, so we are still at a 30 year low.
