I have had Peking duck twice. Indeed, it is amazingly delish.

In my Scandinavian heritage, it is stuffed with fruit, also delish.

My best wishes to you.

And a Bombay Sapphire martini (or two) to prime the pumps.

I am alone this year friends are all out of town, family distant. I will be in touch throughout the day. So, although alone, life is still good. I still hold those I love close to my heart. Of course, there is also DU, and my many friends here.

Life is good.

+ 1 smoked turkey leg for the kid who is addicted to dark meat turkey.

Also had mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes in Jack Daniels/maple sauce, pumpkin pie.

In this way we honor the memory of the settlers who came to Plymouth, and immediately went to Costco.
