in Chicago white folks rioted in the park because of some game played in Vietnam. Then they marched on Washington for the same game. Yep sports can get white people worked up.
Some even got worked up over Bush's game in Iraq.

Oh by the way as an old white people I personally witnessed at least one white police riot late sixty's where protesters got clubbed in the head, and another where the National Guard cordon off and separated the crowd at a High School Football Game to avoid a riot. They actually had armed soldiers and APC (50 caliber removed) at a football game.

I suppose the demographics, concerns and burdens of today are dispassionately equal to those of 45 years ago-- much as the demographics, concerns and burdens of 1968 were the same as those of 1923... if one believes things rarely change.

shuttle driver pointed it out to me...
in all honesty the shirt was unintentional just happened to be the next shirt up in the stack of t-shirts.

obviously lots of alcohol is consumed at these event and some part of me wonders if the victim should know better....
The packers travel very well and there are always packer fans in any game they play or so it seems and i always wonder.
I spent a winter selling beer at lambeau and there seemed to be good natured ribbing when an opposing team jersey was in line and yes you should be able to wear any damn thing you want.
but still--with all the alcohol consumed--as the song goes--you don't pull on supermans cape, you don't spit into the wind....
