The 239 vacation days is a bit wrong when you consider they go back to their districts. In some ways they should be in their district listening to the constituents more often. That is one area that is needed more.

He cares not to understand their lives, to explain good governance, or to tell constituents what his vision is for them, and how he can address their concerns. He is a dressed up welfare queen. A taker. They must muster the votes to kick him out, and the money to run a contender.
