See Me: Picturing New York's Homeless Youth

In 2014, renowned photographer Alex Fradkin collaborated with 15 NYC homeless youth to create a powerful photo book and exhibition

There are nearly 20,000 homeless youth in New York City on a given night. But where are they? Do we really see them?

We may encounter a few youth asking for change or sleeping on the street. The rest of these young people are invisible, unseen.

In 2014, renowned photographer Alex Fradkin joined 15 homeless youth from the Reciprocity Foundation to shoot never-before-seen images of their darkest moments, homes, dreams & personal objects that define this compelling group of young people.
