Politicians as Hipsters (photo essay)

These are politicians as you've never seen them before.

A challenge was posted on website designcrowd.com asking budding Photoshoppers to reimagine famous politicians as hipsters.

They were flooded with images of a bearded Barack Obama, both Bush ex-presidents in plaid and a remarkably large amount of middle-aged knees on show in those awesome hipster shorts.

This is your chance to see George W. Bush in an orange fedora, a look he may consider taking on after he sees the picture. Colin Powell takes up a manbag for an ironic walk down an urban street. Arnold Schwarzenegger is transformed into a hipster Ned Flanders.

I have two thoughts:

1.) How dare they desecrate Adam Levine's body by putting that poodle head on top of it.

Conversely:

2.) $20 says Rand sees this, has that photo of him printed out and blown up so he can hang it on his bedroom wall. "Look, Dad! They made me look cool like a Rock and/or Roll star!
