Here's the thing. No one really wants to impeach, that just generates donations from kooks. Nothing they ever suggest President Obama be impeached for is actually real. But not enforcing our treaty agreements IS real, and we are signators of the Torture Convention Treaty. Not following our treaty obligations may qualify as a "high crime or misdemeanor" and would the Administration risk it? Face a real impeachment or send Bush et al to the Hague...
