edited to add: I posted this for the message. I would certainly vote for Hillary if she ran in 2016, that said, there are other excellent choices among women Democrats.

(13,616 posts)And yes, if she is the nominee (which is to say, when the progessive rival gets shoved off the stage) I will vote for her, because the very, very worst Democrat is better than the very, very best Republican. We do not need another "compassionate conservative" to be a trojan horse to sneak in the far right.
That being said, she and her hubby will roll the party rightward. Bill O is already talking about how Obama should have allowed the Keystone pipeline, as if we learned nothing from the Gulf. And yes, Israel will come one step closer to that War with Iran, that country Hillary was willing to "obliterate" even though the Russians and Chinese have warned that doing so would be considered an act of war.
