I just don't know why her mother didn't make their bread from wheat she had personally planted, harvested and ground into flour. They might have saved enough to buy the poor kid rain boots.

All they had was two bread bags and no bread between 101 dalmatians...er...kids. Roy tore one of the bags while walking to the coal mines. They had to put poor Roy down after that.
