From what I'm gathering, all the speeches were essentially the same, with personal embellishments for the respective target audiences. The GOP couldn't deliver one rebuttal that would resonate with the American people, so they segregated it, which is exactly what they are trying to do to this country.
I'm not sure what happened to Ted Cruz's rebuttal. I think he was so pissed off at Obama's success he found a dark corner, curled up in it and cried all night. Crushed, he was, that his thunder had been stolen.

(86,643 posts)that I didn't see the cruzer in the chamber last night which leads me to think that he may have been the one "soul survivor" of the Senate who was supposed to be sequestered in case of disaster while everyone else was in the chamber. If that's the case, I wonder if her demanded to be that - with the thought of a easy power grab if something horrible did happen. Or was he selected to be out of the room because the rest of the delegation are feds up with him...?
Watching what I could stomach of his wannbe rebuttal was a serious confirmation of his phony act that we only see because it's what his benefactors want to promote.
Divide and Conquer, it's what's for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert for these f*ckwad fascists. Their strategy is to the US/world what ebola is to humankind.
