The attacker has been arested. His name is Moussa Koulibaly(authorities stated he had no family link with Amedy Koulibaly , author of the kosher market attack in paris last Jan.9). He was stopped earlier this month in Tuekish border. He has links with Jihadis in Syria.

Rhe three soldiers have only injuries. Thanks God.
