ISIS is engaging in total war.

"A war that is unrestricted in terms of the weapons used, the territory or combatants involved, or the objectives pursued, especially one in which the laws of war are disregarded."

http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us/definition/american_english/total-war

They won't proclaim victory until every infidel has either been killed or converted to their brand of Islam.

But not all members of ISIS are fanatics. There are reports of desertions, fighters being given drugs before battle and of being tied to their position so they can't retreat. Some foreigners who joined the cause have become disillusioned with the hardships and brutality. Infrastructure in cities they control is falling apart and civilians who once welcomed ISIS as liberators are turning against them.

They seem firm in their mission and won't relent until all of us are dead or all of them.

I think Western and Eastern and Middle Eastern powers will soon be happy to oblige them.

In France many youngster get bought by IS withing faulse humanitarian engagement in Syria. IS recruiters tell them they are travelling there to bring food, supplies etc. And when they reach Middle East there the nightmare begin.

They are literally programmed from what I can tell from reading their posts on social media.

When you are hypnotized it's actually difficult to realize what's happened and also to undo it.
