Kellogg mulls plant closing amid union fight

A Memphis cereal plant could be on the chopping block if Kellogg doesn’t win concessions from workers, the company says.

Kellogg said this week it could be forced “in the very near future” to announce a shutdown of at least one of its four U.S. cereal plants.
