I do think equality will win though; but who can say what'll happen between now and then.

And gay marriage is pure profit for corporations.

They ruled against Gore for corporations
They ruled for gun extremists for corporations
Etc, etc, etc...

It's always against the people if it affects their bottom line.

Here, there is money to be made.

6-3 is probably a stretch, but they will rule in favor of gay marriage.

This isn't a corporate power/$$$ issue and Roberts won't want to be seen as being on the wrong side of history, so he will vote with the majority.

The dissents from Soapy Sam, Fat Tony and Uncle Ruckus will be hilarious.
